Aman ( Sanjay Dutt ) plays as a writer, with pen name Sagar. A girl Pooja ( Madhuri Dixit ) a huge fan of Sagar meets Aakash, he is Aman's best friend like brother, Aakash falls in love with Pooja. When Aman sees, he says Aakash to say that he is Sagar. By hearing this Pooja Falls in love with Aakash.Aman sacrifies his love for Aakash. But when Aakash comes to know Aman also loves Pooja he sacrifies his love and goes away.
The movie has and excellent acting by all and a very good story.
